Phil Swimley, American Baseball Coaches Association, HALL OF FAME/ Over 1000 NCAA and Summer Collegiate wood bat Victories.
|
The program includes an hour-long video designed for youth baseball coaches working with players from the very young through college. The video provides a practice organization plan and sample drills designed to make practice more interesting, meaningful, and efficient.
The web site is designed to supplement the video by providing in depth discussion of the skills necessary to play. Our purpose is to give the coach and player, not only the drills to do, but the checkpoints and sequence of teaching and learning each technique. It will be an ongoing process that will react to questions with periodic updates and new ideas.
Also included on the website are sample preseason practice plans and an easy to follow practice plan form to quickly create your custom daily plan.
